Declaring Surplus 137 Lakeshore Road, in the City of St.Catharines
Take notice that at its meeting to be held on the 6th day of April, 2011 at the Council Chambers, Regional Municipality of Niagara, 2201 St. David's Road, City of Thorold at 9:30 a.m., the Corporate Services Committee will consider declaring vacant lands municipally known as 137 Lakeshore Road, in the City of St. Catharines surplus to the Region's needs. The lands are described as follows:

Part of Lot 1, Plan 473, City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara and shown as Part 1, Plan 30R-13560
Any person who attends the meeting shall be given the opportunity to make representation.
