Take notice that at its meeting to be held on the 6th day of April, 2011 at the Council Chambers, Regional Municipality of Niagara, 2201 St. David's Road, City of Thorold 9:30 a.m., the Corporate Services Committee will consider the proposed stopping up, permanent closing and conveying of the following untravelled portion of Regional Road No. 48 (Niagara Street):

Part of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Plan 25, in the City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara and being shown as Parts 1 and 3, Plan 30R-13605
And further take notice that any person who attends the meeting shall be given the opportunity to make representation.
