Your Blue and Grey Boxes are collected weekly. Using both of them as well as your Green Bin every week will help reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill.

Put all Organic Material in your Green Bin

Currently, 36 per cent of Niagara's total waste could be diverted to the Green Bin, saving a considerable amount of room in your garbage can.

Acceptable materials include food and yard waste. Print a complete list of acceptable Green Bin materials and keep it in your kitchen for quick reference.
