the Niagara Region is asking residents to Stuff it

The Niagara Region is asking you to stuff it by tightly stuffing small cardboard and boxboard boxes into one larger box before placing them in your Grey Box. View acceptable Grey Box items. Boxboard items include cereal boxes, shoes boxes and cracker boxes.

How to "Stuff it"

Stuff It
  1. Break down your small cardboard and boxboard boxes
  2. Stuff a large box with the smaller, broken down boxes
  3. Place the large box into your Grey Bin
  4. Put the Grey Box out to the curb on your scheduled recycling day

Stuffing Keeps Costs Down

One box is much easier to sort than several smaller boxes.

Stuffing it allows personnel at the recycling centre to sort materials much easier and results in a cleaner, more valuable end product.
