Mall Walking in Niagara
Mall walking provides a safe environment to exercise in without concerns of inclement weather. The following list is of various shopping malls located in Niagara that support mall walking. Not all the shopping malls have organized mall walking programs, but people are welcome to use the mall for walking.

| Comments: | Mall Walking Members receive a free official Pen Centre pedometers, MALLWALK discount card (including a list of participating stores) and periodic mail outs. Membership is free. Outside perimeter of the mall is 1.4 km and inner loop is 0.25 km. Doors open weekdays at 7 am. |
