H1N1 Flu Immunization Clinics

No appointment is required. Bring your Ontario Health Card and Driver's Licence to the clinic you plan to attend.

Important Information for Parents Regarding H1N1 Dosage for Children Under 10

Child's Age Child's Health Dosage Required
6 months to under 10 years Has immune compromising condition Should receive second dose, check with doctor/health care provider
6 months to under 10 years Healthy – no immune compromising condition No second dose required

H1N1 Clinic Dates and Locations

The H1N1 vaccine is now available at our clinics to all Niagara residents who want it.

Some doctors in Niagara also have vaccine and are offering it to their patients. Call your doctor to ask if they are providing the vaccine or visit a Community Health Care Clinic.

Pharmacies are not providing the H1N1 vaccines.

 

Community Health Care Clinics

These clinics are also open to the public everyday to get their H1N1 Flu Shot.

Patients are asked to pre-register online before going to the clinic.

For more information about H1N1 immunization clinics or the H1N1 flu virus, call 905-688-8248 ext. 7950 or 1-888-505-6074, ext. 7950. When you call this line:

  1. Listen carefully to the options so your call can be directed properly.
  2. Once you pick an option, you can speak directly to a Public Health staff member from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If all lines are busy, leave a voice message and your call will be returned.
  3. Outside of these hours, leave a voice message and your call will be returned the next business day.
