Seasonal Flu Immunization Clinics

Are you ready for flu season?

The best way to protect yourself and your family is to get the seasonal flu shot.

  • For best protection against influenza, yearly immunization is recommended
  • Unless there is a medical reason not to, everyone six months of age and older can benefit from getting the seasonal flu shot

Public Health's community flu immunization clinics were held across the Niagara region from Nov. 1 - 14, 2011

Additional Flu Immunization Clinics - Beginning Nov. 17

Beginning Nov. 17 and continuing through until the remainder of 2011/2012 influenza season, the flu shot will be offered through our General Immunization Clinics held at the following locations:

These clinics are held each week on Thursday afternoons at the Thorold location. At the Niagara Falls, Welland, and Fort Erie locations, clinics are held on Thursday afternoons, but not each and every Thursday.

  • No appointments necessary to get your flu shot, however, please call ahead to let us know you are coming
  • Please wear a short-sleeved shirt
  • If you have an Ontario Health Card and/or Driver's Licence, please bring it to the clinic
