School-based Immunization Clinics

The following vaccines will be offered free of charge to students through school-based immunization clinics during the 2009-2010 school year:

• All Grade 7 students - Hepatitis B and Meningococcal Vaccinations
• All Grade 8 female students - Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine

Information packages regarding these vaccines and clinics are sent to parents/students each September. For more information, please call the Vaccine Preventable Diseases Program at 905-688-8248 or 1-888-505-6074 ext. 7425.
