You are encouraged to provide comments throughout the study. We are interested in hearing any comments or concerns that you may have. All comments received will be considered in identifying the preferred scheme. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the Public Record.
At the completion of the study, a Project File Report will be written to document the process and the conclusions reached. The Report will be made available for public review for a period of 30 calendar days. The public will be notified of the date, time and location of the filing of the Report at the appropriate time through newspaper notices and a further letter mailed to those in the project's contact database.
