The Public Works Department is responsible for providing essential community services within the Region of Niagara.

Administrative offices are located at the John Campbell Administration Building in Thorold, with service delivery locations distributed throughout the municipality.

The department is grouped into the following divisions: Transportation, Waste Management, and Water/Wastewater (see left menu) to provide the necessary services.
