In total, Regional staff have donated $2 million over the past 30 years to support United Way.

The Niagara Region strives to recognize employees who achieve service excellence. At the Region, there is a culture of recognition.
The Corporate Employee Recognition Team is a grassroot committee of staff recognizing staff. They work to promote, manage and deliver awards to deserving staff throughout the corporation.
