Councillor Luciani was a City Councillor in Thorold for 10 years and served as Deputy Mayor for four years.
He has served on the Thorold Active Transportation Committee, Thorold Physician Recruitment Committee and the Thorold Lake Gibson Corridor Committee.
A retired engineering technician, Councillor Luciani is a member of Club Castro Pigniono and Club Capri. His hobbies include wood-working and cycling.
