Regional Councillor Mark Bylsma is serving his second term on Regional Council.
His political career began in December 2006 when he served on the Corporate Services Committee and Public Works Committee. He also served on the Property Assessment and Taxation Reform Committee (PATR) and as vice-chair of the Waste Management Planning Steering Committee.
He is co-owner of Spring Creek Carriers Inc. / Spring Creek Logistics Inc., an international transportation provider. He holds a Business Administration Degree, is a board member of the Ontario Trucking Association and a member of the Canadian Trucking Alliance. He is a member of the Covenant Christian Reformed Church and a member of the Association for Christian Education.
