Brian McMullan,
St. Catharines (Mayor)

Regional Councillor Brian McMullan was first elected Councillor for the City of St. Catharines in 1989 and served from 1988 to 1997. He was elected as Regional Councillor from 2000 to 2003. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History form Brock University.
Councillor McMullan is serving his second term as Mayor for the City of St. Catharines and in this capacity serves as a member of Regional Council.
Councillor McMullan is very active in the Community. He has served as Chair of the Recycling Council of Ontario, the Niagara Region Public Advisory Committee for Waste Management Master Plan, and the Niagara College's Centre for Environmental Training. He was a founding member of the Ontario Blue Box Program. He was on the board of the Niagara District Airport Commission, Niagara Grape and Wine Festival, St. Catharines Transit Commission and a member of the Community Mental Health Program Advisory Committee.
