The Inaugural meeting is being held on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 in two sessions:
- 10 a.m. - Declarations of Office and Appointment of Regional Chair - Completed
- 4 p.m. - Ceremonial Portion of Inaugural Meeting and Chair's Address
The meetings will take place in Council Chamber at Regional Headquarters in Thorold.
Residents are invited to attend the Inaugural meeting.
Overflow Seating and Watching Online
Due to limited seating in the chamber, residents will have the opportunity to watch both sessions in an overflow room at Regional Headquarters.
Live video of both sessions will be streamed online.
The afternoon session will not be broadcasted live. Both sessions will be televised on Friday, Dec. 10, 2010 at 11 a.m.
