Provincial Offences Court Consolidation Public Meeting

Council held a public meeting on April 26 to consider a staff report regarding the consolidation of the Region's Provincial Offences Act program.

The following topics were discussed:

  • Review of the proposal to consolidate Niagara Region's Provincial Offences Act program facilities
  • Report on the outcome of the request for information process
  • Review detailed costing for both the 'one site' and 'two site' options
