The Corporate Services Department provides support services to Regional Departments
and policy advisory services to both Regional Council and staff.
The Department's Commissioner as a member of the Corporate Management Team provides management to the department. With approximately 150 staff, the Department is structured into the following divisions: Administration, Office of the Regional Clerk, Financial Management & Planning, IT Solutions, Legal Services including the Provincial Offences Courts, and Facilities Management.

The Department provides financial leadership and advice to the Regional Corporation
to ensure that all of its financial activities are conducted with compliance,
good value and integrity.
We support our Corporation in its endeavour to provide Niagara's residents with
affordable quality services and secure the community's position as an attractive
location in which to live and work.
Through the support and recognition of our staff we:
