Community Human Services Plan

Niagara's Community Human Services Plan provides a framework for identifying the current and future human services and supports that Niagara residents need.

The plan also provides an opportunity for social services providers in Niagara to look at new, creative ways to deliver those services and address concerns such as service access complexity, service overlaps, gaps or lack of flexibility.

Goals include improved administration, funding and reporting arrangements and better integrated human services.
