The Niagara Economic Development Corporation is an agency of Niagara Region,
is a non-profit corporation with a mandate to carry out activities to advance
the economic prosperity of the Niagara community. It provides effective, innovative
services to promote investment and visitation and business support services
to attract, maintain, and increase jobs in Niagara.
Niagara Commercial Properties
The Niagara Commercial Properties System is the first comprehensive Region-wide
inventory of available industrial properties in Niagara Canada. It is an integrated
partnership with all of Niagara's 12 local municipalities and the Niagara
Association of REALTORS. Industrial, commercial and agricultural properties
from the Niagara Association of REALTORS' MLS system are updated nightly
and additional properties, posted directly to the system by registered users,
are updated on an ongoing basis. The sophisticated search criteria and detailed
information on more than 900 properties have made this a successful tool in
promoting the industrial, commercial and agricultural opportunities in Niagara.
